The idea is to get the cardiovascular training in while performing strength training exercises for a total conditioning effect. His approach completely avoids specializing and focuses on using your entire body for most exercises. According to Meg, a local boot camp resident, \"It\'s not easy, but after my first month of boot camp, I lost over 7 inches and 4% body fat!\"
